Olivier Goy
Founder, CEO

Olivier oversees the general management of the company in addition to his participation in the conception and management of its funds and mandates.
Olivier founded 123Venture with the objective of providing access to private equity to individual investors. He developed an expertise in the asset class through previous experience first as a fund raiser for private companies at MGT (Mastering Growth and Technology) and as an investment manager at Partech International ($800 Mn in AUM). He is a regular participant in private equity debates and conferences in France. He is the co-author of the “Guide of Private Investments” published by Les Echos.  Olivier holds a Master of Business Administration from EM Strasbourg and HEC Montréal as well as a degree in accounting.

Richard Allanic
Partner

Richard Allanic is responsible for structuring of funds and monitoring investments made in our portfolios. He is on the board of some direct investments (Seva , Ariane…) and covers fund managers on a regular basis. Prior to joining 123Venture at its creation Richard Allanic was a financial auditor at Mazars & Guérard. He has international operational experience in project conception and management  obtained while working at the construction and services company Group GTM.
Richard is a Civil Engineer, graduate of INSA and he holds an MBA from IAE in Paris.

 

Xavier Anthonioz
Partner

Xavier Anthonioz is Head of Business Development and Investor Relations. He is in charge of relations with our distribution network (over 300 active partners) and the marketing of our funds. He joined 123Venure at its creation and has active in all areas of our business (legal, accounting and investment).
Xavier holds a Master of Science degree in management from EM Lyon and a Master degree in business and fiscal law.

 

Paul de Fréminville
Partner

Mr. de Fréminville joined 123Venture in 2007. Mr. de Freminville has sixteen years of French private equity experience as a private equity fund manager and worked as a team with Mr. Philippon since 1998. Prior to joining 123Venture, Mr. de Fréminville served as Managing Director for a fund-of-funds business he founded in 2005 in Paris. He served as Managing Director at CDC Equity Capital, a private equity firm which he co-founded, from 1998 to 2004. During this period, he participated in the creation and the management of four funds and 15 direct investments. From 1995 to 1998, he held different private equity positions at CDC Group, including Director at Fondinvest Capital since its inception (the first fund-of-funds business created in France). From 1990 to 1995, he worked in asset management at CDC group, one of the leading French institutional investors.  From 1985 to 1990, he worked in capital markets at La Compagnie Bancaire, a specialized French bank part of Banque Paribas.
Paul received a Master of Science in Mathematics and Economics at University of Paris-Dauphine. He is an actuary.

 

Eric Philippon
Partner

Mr. Philippon joined 123Venture in 2007. Mr. Philippon has thirteen years of French private equity experience and has worked with with Mr. de Fréminville since 1998. Prior to joining 123Venture, Mr. Philippon served as Managing Director at a fund-of-funds business created with Paul de Fréminville in 2005. From 1998 to 2004, he served as Managing Director at CDC Equity Capital, a private equity firm which he co-founded. During this period, he participated in the establishment and the management of four funds and was involved in 15 deals. From 1992 to 1998, he held different positions at A.T. Kearney, a leading consultancy firm where he specialized in strategic audit, performance improvement and cost cutting assignments. He spent two years in Asia and South America. From 1991 to 1992, he worked as a Sales Manager for Gaz de France, a leading natural gas operator in Europe.
Eric received a Master of Science from Ecole Polytechnique (Physics and Mathematics), and a Master of Science from ENSAE (Finance and Economics).

 

Marc Guittet
Investment Director

Marc joined 123Venture 2003 as Analyst and is now Investment Director. He participates in fund selection and co-investments. He was responsible for investments including  Dieau, Tetco, YesForLov, Erborian and Suntec.
Marc holds a Master of Science in Engineering (ENSIMAG) and a Master of Business Administration (ESSEC).

 

Antonio Graça
Associate Director

Antonio GRACA, a graduate of ESSEC, started his career in 1995 at Arthur Anderson where he advised financial investors and industrials on numerous acquisition audits. Following that he was active in investing and managing small and mid-cap private equity deals as an associate at PRICOA Mezzanine in London before holding positions as Investment Director at CDC Equity Capital and E. de Rothschild Capital Partners from 2002 to 2006.
Since 2006 Antonio was co-head of the group FSR, a specialist real estate company which has a portfolio of close to 40 clinics and retirement homes.

Jean-Philippe Olivier
Associate Director

Jean-Philippe Olivier joined 123Venture in 2009 as Associate Director. He began his career in the Media and Telecommunications group at Paribas in New York before joining CDC Equity Capital , the LBO team sponsored by the Caisse des Dépots Group in 1999. While there until 2002 Jean Philippe worked on several LBOs including Beaufour Ipsen, Autodistribution and Mathon. In 2003 he joined Epolis, number 2 in France and 5 in Europe in Car Parks, as the Head of Development.  For six years Jean-Philippe worked with the President contributing to the strong growth in the company which tripled in size while he was there. He helped manage two successive LBOs on the company with CDC and Charterhouse and two sales to industrial groups (Eiffage and Q Park). In addition to his responsibilities in Development, Jean-Philippe was also CFO of the holding company, Legal Head of the portfolio of contracts with municipalities, Director of Construction and Administrator of the European affiliates.

Jean Philippe received a Master Degree in Portfolio Management and Finance from Dauphine University IX in Paris in 1999.

 

Isabelle Deby
Senior Associate

Isabelle joined 123Venture in 2007. She previously worked as an Analyst at Global Private Equity, a Paris-based placement agent, where she was responsible for conducting due diligence and fund selection. She started her career as Credit Analyst at Daimler Chrysler Services in 2004. 
Isabelle holds a Master of Business Administration (ESC Reims).

 

Estelle Dolla
CFO

Estelle joined 123Venture in 2006. She has been a key contributor in building the 123Venture franchise in the French private equity market. Prior to joining 123Venture, she was senior auditor at KPMG. She started her career at HSBC Asset Management in 2001.
Estelle holds a Master of Business Administration (ESLSCA).

Claire Iribarne
Financial Controller

Before joining 123 Venture, Claire was a financial controller at AXA Private Equity where she was responsible for the AXA France mandate. Previously, she was financial auditor specialized in investment funds at Ernst and Young in Luxembourg. Claire has a Master Degree from ISC School of Management.

Anne-Sophie Baal
Analyst

Anne-Sophie Baal joined 123Venture in February 2009 as Analyst. She is a member of the renewable energies team. Before joining 123Venture Anne-Sophie worked as a financial analyst in an industrial group. Following her studies she worked in the M&A department at Calyon. Anne-Sophie received a Master Degree in Finance et Strategy from Sciences Po, Paris.
