123Venture announces its decision to open its capital to its team

123Venture, a management company dedicated to private equity, is pleased to announce its decision to open its capital to its team via an OBO (Owner Buy Out).
17 employees are now shareholders of the management company versus 7 prior to the closing.
Banque Palatine and NATIXIS-Banques Populaires Rives de Paris were mandated to arrange the bank pool for a total amount of €21,000,000.
The Société Générale and Banque Neuflize OBC also participated in the deal.
